NAVAJO NATION OIL & GAS CO, INC

SUPPORT COMMUNITY & LOCAL BUSINESS

The Navajo Nation Oil and Gas Company (“NNOGC”) is a wholly-owned corporation of the Navajo Nation, established as a federally-chartered entity under authority granted by the Navajo Nation Council.

NNOGC is a product of the Navajo Nation’s Energy Policy. NNOGC’s scholarship program is designed to encourage academic excellence and to prepare Navajo tribal members to become skilled and knowledgeable in the petroleum industry, by providing a resource to assist selected Navajo students to pay for their educational expenses, including tuition, fees, books, and room & board.

Scholarship recipients are encouraged to apply for summer employment not only with NNOGC, but also with other companies and agencies involved in the petroleum industry.
